Further Details:

Tenure:
The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 03 years (including 06 months probation period) extendable on satisfactory performance of the individual and as per requirement of the company.

Pay Package:
Competitive market base lump sum pay package commensuration with qualification and experience of the individual.

Mandate I Charter of Duties:
  • Responsible for overall financial planning & reporting, budgetary control, costing & taxation and supporting tactical initiative.
  • Raise additional capital as required to enable the company to meet its objectives.
  • Monitor and direct the implementation of Strategic Financial Plan.
  • Develop financial performance measures in line with the Project's strategic direction.
  • Evaluate, monitor and ensure effective internal controls and adequate reporting within the framework of International Accounting and Auditing Standards.
  • Identify and mitigate key elements of companys financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance of company's functions with all legal, monetary and financial regulatory requirements.
  • Effective management of funds and cash forecasts.
  • Work closely with the company's external Auditors in preparation of the yearly Audit and Tax returns.
  • Position and prioritize the competing demands and tasks concurrently.
  • Manage change and induct best corporate financial and accounting systems.
  • Fulfill record requirements of Auditor / Government Agencies.
  • Effective liaison with financial donors.
