Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures.Identify training needs, design, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support career development initiatives to ensure employees have opportunities to grow within the organization.Lead the regional L&D portfolio across all levels, ensure learning programs are aimed at aligning talent with organizational goals and group talent management initiatives.Owns the process for initiation and management of all development initiatives i.e., Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Professional Development Plans (PDPs), succession plans etc.Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development plans. Provide guidance to managers and employees to improve overall performance and productivity.Lead the recruitment process, collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting regular check-ins, and managing conflict resolution. Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters.Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry and compliance with local labour laws.Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices, policies, and procedures. Address legal and ethical concerns related to HR matters.Collect and analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and making informed business decisions.Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote a positive company culture, and strengthen the employer brand.

Strong people skills, excellent spoken, and written communication skills.Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.Available to work extended hours.
