KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
  • Responsible for appropriate advice to the Board on all financial matters.
  • Keeping proper financial records and accounts, and maintaining an effective system of internal financial control. Control and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities.
  • Identify, evaluate and manage financial risks and recommend optimal risk management solutions to mitigate the risks.
  • Conduct financial analyses, evaluate trends, interpret financial statistics and report to senior management.
  • Ensure establishment and maintenance of accounting, financial and budgetary controls to maintain company assets. Ensure compliance; with legal, statutory and regular requirements'
  • Compliance of Job description given by Management.

    • Any other function defines in Job Description, SECP rules or relevant laws.

    Qualification and Experience
    To be a member of a recognized body of Chartered Accountants / Professional Accountants with at least Seven (07) Years' experience of running Finance Department as Finance Ilead / Director Finance / Chief Finance Officer in a lar e scale industrial unit.

  • Upper age limit for above post is 62-Years.
  • Appointment will be on a Two (02) Years Contract, extendable with mutual consent.
  • Market based competitive remuneration and benefits will be provided.
